Světlé Výčepní Pivo 8° (Nefiltrovany) is a continuation of our ongoing efforts to brew beers in the Czech tradition. Many believe "Czech Pilsner" is a uniform style. In the eyes of some, there can be no compromise or variety. Fact is, pale lagers are far from monolithic. Back in the Czech Republic, they come in a range of different strengths, each offering a diversity of attributes. Our light, unfiltered, and session-strength pale lager seeks to impress upon you this notion that Czech pale lager can be many things. Pivo 8° pours an alluring pale golden colour with billowing white foam. Like the rest of our range of pale lagers, it underwent a long decoction mash and lagered for seven weeks, allowing it to showcase the unparalleled depth of Czech pilsner malt and Saaz hops. Sitting at 3.0% ABV, its light body and crystal clean character will invite further exploration for many sessions to come.
