DRY HOPPED SAISON – 4.4% ABV 

As hops inched their way across the Continent and over the Channel, Belgian beers moved from being botanically-driven to hop-forward. Hops harmonized with yeast aromatics to create a new refrain. Sora, our dry-hopped saison, is our way of accompanying this tune, while bringing a refined simplicity inspired by lagers. Silken, dry and tart with a gentle, structured bitterness, it is drawn in pastels: wisps of yet-ripe pineapple are blanketed by citrus and spice. It’s an orchard stroll, the bright sun reflected off pillowy clouds.
