In turning the dials down across the board, Ibushi pours an unfiltered pale-golden colour with sparkling white foam, which gracefully laces the sides of your glass. What should spring to mind is a melange of noble hop spice, fresh bread loaf, and a wisp of smoke. This is a lager with delicate and refined edges, finishing clean and crisp—a refreshing delight!
