CODE OF CONDUCT
Here at Godspeed, we label every one of our cans with “Made with Struggle and Love” for a reason. Not only do we put our heart and soul behind the beers we produce, we also want to underscore the care and value we place in people.
We are committed to providing a safe environment for our colleagues, guests, and collaborators by fostering a space that is free of discrimination, harassment, and bullying; where people from all walks of life are treated with dignity.
Given our shared values, we require guests, staff, and vendors alike to follow these basic tenets. The following list exemplifies actions that go against what we stand for:
Harassment of any kind, including physical touching without consent, unwanted attention (i.e. staring, stalking, or trapping an individual - in person or online).
Discrimination, whether based on gender, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, neuro(a)typicality, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion.
Hate speech or clothing.
Physical violence, intimidation, or bullying of any kind.
Any person(s) not following these house rules will not be tolerated and they will be asked to leave. Actions that threaten the safety and well being of our guests and staff won’t fly.
