WEST COAST BABY PALE ALE – 3.4% ABV 

An offshoot of our full strength West Coast IPA, Baby Shizumu | ベビー 沈む is similarly intended to showcase hops from the Pacific Northwest with more of an eye toward calculated restraint and sessionability. First impressions brim with Chinook and Centennial hops by way of grapefruit pith, resin, and that signature pine. At just 3.5% ABV, its light body is buoyed by a pleasant caramel malt backbone and polished bitter finish.
